About us. The website thekolorme.com (“Site”) is operated by Glowlane Nail Studio (trading as “thekolorme”), a New Zealand business located at 46 Kensington Avenue, St Albans, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: support@thekolorme.com • +64 22 070 4411.

Agreement. By accessing or purchasing from the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Products & services

We sell professional nail products and accessories and may also offer education (courses, workshops) and digital materials. Product images are for reference; colours may vary due to screen settings and batch differences.

Pricing, currency & tax

  • Prices are in NZD by default.
  • New Zealand orders: prices include 15% GST.
  • International orders: import duties/taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. For Australian orders, GST may be collected at checkout where required by law.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., if a product is unavailable, price error, or risk flags). If an item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund, store credit, or a back‑order/alternative.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., major cards, Shop Pay/Apple Pay/Google Pay, PayPal). Payments are processed by third‑party providers; we do not store full card details.

Shipping & delivery

Dispatch times, methods, tracking, and estimated timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy and Delivery Policy. Timeframes are estimates only and exclude customs or carrier delays.

Returns, refunds & exchanges

See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in our policies limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or the Fair Trading Act 1986, or (for Australian customers) the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Training & bookings (if applicable)

  • booking fee/deposit may be required to secure a place. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non‑refundable but may be transferred once to a later date with 7 days’ notice (subject to availability).
  • No‑shows or late cancellations may forfeit fees.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions for reasons beyond our control; you’ll be offered a new date or a refund of fees paid for the session.

Wholesale & business purchases

If you indicate goods are acquired for business purposes, you and we contract out of the CGA to the maximum extent permitted (and fair) under NZ law.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site (logos, images, copy) is owned by us or our licensors. You must not use it without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. For consumer purchases, remedies are as required by the CGA/ACL.

User content & reviews

You are responsible for any reviews or content you post. We may remove content that is false, misleading, unlawful, or infringes rights.

Third‑party services

We use third‑party apps (e.g., payments, shipping, marketing). Their terms may apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Site at purchase time applies to that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law, and NZ courts have non‑exclusive jurisdiction (without limiting any non‑excludable rights under local consumer laws for overseas customers).
