Shipping Policy

1. Processing times
Orders usually dispatch within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding public holidays and peak periods. Pre‑orders or custom items may take longer (we’ll note this on the product page).
2. Delivery methods
We use reputable carriers with tracking where available. Signature‑required may be used for higher‑value orders. “Authority to Leave” is at your risk.
3. Address accuracy
Please double‑check your address. We can’t guarantee changes after dispatch. Undeliverable or refused parcels may incur reship or return fees.
4. Missed delivery / re‑delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, follow the carrier’s card‑to‑call or pickup instructions. Parcels unclaimed by the carrier may be returned to us; additional shipping may apply to reship.
5. Risk & title
Risk passes on delivery to your address (including Authority‑to‑Leave). Title passes once full payment is received.
6. Delays
We’re not responsible for delays outside our control (weather, carrier backlogs, customs, strikes). Timeframes are estimates only.
7. Lost or stolen parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the parcel, contact the carrier and us within 3 business days so we can investigate. Resolutions depend on carrier findings.
