1. Where we ship

We ship to New Zealand and Australia (and selected international destinations shown at checkout).

2. Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and service level. Promotions or free shipping thresholds will be displayed when available.

3. Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when your order ships (some services may have limited tracking).

4. Estimated delivery times

5. Customs, duties, and taxes (international)

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. We cannot control customs processing times.

6. Split shipments

To speed delivery, we may ship items separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel where available.

7. Restricted items & transport safety

Some items (e.g., certain liquids) may face carrier or route restrictions. If a chosen service can’t carry an item, we’ll substitute the closest available service or contact you.

8. Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or uncollected status, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price less original shipping.
