- Order details: items purchased, notes, delivery details, invoices.
- Account info: login, preferences, saved addresses.
- Payment info: processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).

- Marketing preferences: opt-ins, interactions with emails/SMS/push.
- Support & training: enquiries, course enrolments, attendance, certifications, media you consent to share.
