About the Course
This course is perfect for nail technicians who already offer gel manicure services (or have completed a gel polish course) but want to level up their preparation and builder gel techniques. You’ll learn how to strengthen, shape, and maintain builder gel overlays and infills using Kolorme products.
This is a half-day course (up to 3 hours) — either morning or afternoon — combining demonstration and hands-on work.

Bring a model with bare fingernails and toenails (hands & feet), yourself ready to learn, a notebook and pen if you’d like,plus a packed lunch and water bottle. Light snacks, tea and coffee are provided. All tools, equipment, and Kolorme professional products are supplied
on the day.
No. This is a beginner-friendly group course. No previous training or qualification is required to join.
Group classes are limited to a maximum of five students to ensure individual attention. If you prefer one-on-one training,private 1:1 option is available.
We run classes in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane,Auckland, and Christchurch. Exact venue details will be confirmed after
enrolment.
You’ll start with theory covering salon standards,
safety, hygiene, and client consultation. Then, after live demonstrations,
you’ll complete a gel manicure and a pedicure on your model. You’ll also do a
short theory assessment, then complete two case studies at home to finalise
your certification.
Students must be at least 18 years old to train with Kolorme Academy due to insurance requirements.
You’ll have ongoing support from Kolorme educators and access to the Kolorme Student Community online, where you can ask questions, share your work, and stay updated.
Yes. Courses are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your course with at least two weeks’ notice.
Yes. Group courses require at least two enrolled students. If only one student is booked within five days of the class date,
we’ll reschedule to a future date.
